  Worst service with horrible welcoming! Don’t ever take your pet there!! Yesterday my little dog got hurt and he was bleeding so much, no one in Monastir (the nerby city) was able to help, it was late at night but they told me to go to this place. The man posted his phone number in front of his main door for emergency situations. We called like 3 times (21:15) he answered shouting at us and he won’t at least see my dog. The only thing that he told us that my dog needs an operation and he asked for a lot of money (300 dinars) for an emergency situation. The dog kept bleeding and we tried our best without any help (no one was able to help) until the next morning, we went to a nearby one and everything is okay now.
