::Staff not really welcoming (no smile/pretty slow/does not say hello/do not hold the elevator for you ). Breakfast and room are pretty good!

::This is a rough review to write. The property itself is fine. It's certainly showing age. The on site food is fine, but nothing to write home about. What hurts this location in my opinion is that the city and where you will want to be if looking to 'go out' isn't anywhere near here. Unless you're fluent in French or Arabic it's a tough sell to stay here. For business travelers staying greater than a couple of days I would consider other locations near businesses you're working with as of April 2018 no Uber-like services are reliable enough, though OTO.TN isn't BAD it just does not have enough drivers.

::I have to up my opinion to 5 stars following the recent renovation work in the hotel and the very noticeable attention to service quality. Hard to beat the location on top of the hill with a decent pool, night pub and bar. Close to downtown and close to the airport. If you're going to stay in Tunis for fun or business, not a bad choice really.

::The Sheraton is a very good hotel. It is well located in terms of transport. The rooms are on the smaller side but have been renovated recently. Good views from all rooms. The restaurants are among the better once in town. Breakfast is pretty good. The hotel is popular with the local business and political elite.
