  WORM IN THE FOOD! Worst restaurant I had tried in Tunisia. Dirty tables, set and glasses when you arrive, false bottle of water refilled in backstage (warm and already open when they bring it to you) and moreover WORM in my plate! They didn't seem concerned about it and I had to insist to cancel it for free. Everything's dirty, nothings good about the food (starter nor pizza). GO AWAY.

  The location is perfect just outside the Medina and souks of Tunis. Friendly and helpful staff. Rooms are very basic for a 4 star hotel. Breakfast not to be recommended - nothing felt like it was fresh.

  Very comfortable hotel in the heart of Tunis. Reasonable breakfast, continental in style. Rooms are large with most having balconies, lovely bath in the nice sized bathroom. Walk to the Medina, 100 metres away or explore the rest of Tunis and Carthage with the SNCF railway station close by. Airport is 20 mins away by Taxi.

  I don't get it why ppl give it good reviews!! maybe they like the lounge? one of the worst stays I've ever had. dirty rooms, toilet isn't functional, heater doesn't work, the worst room service ever; they never bring forks and knives with food, and they are very very slow.

  It's a modest hotel by international standards, but upmarket by Tunisia standards. Helpful staff, alcohol and restaurant.
