  Disrespectful staff. Poor management and bad food for a high price. Would honestly rather spend a night at Alcatraz than spend another there. Also would like to add that you WILL get scammed/tricked in the "souvenir shop".

  Horrible experience! The women in reception actually ruined my passport.. They didn't let me have a room with my husband saying I must have a translated marriage documents.. This hotel is the worst hotel ever

  A previously high end hotel, now ageing fairly graciously, with most things working as they should. Breakfast is hardly worth getting up for, while lunches and dinners are rather good. WiFi is throughout all hotel areas, although connection can be flaky out of main areas. Pool rather good too, while beach area needs some attention.
