  Bon hotel, mais prenez garde à avoir une bonne chambre. Evitez d'en prendre une qui donne coté route. Si c'est le cas, il est possible de demander un changement à l'accueil lors de l'arrivée.

  I stayed for almost a month, rooms are good and specially the airport view. disliking it because the bedsheets are never clean, they will change only if you put them out of the room.. even if you lodge a complain nobody really care.. management is dumb.. you are not allowed to bring any outside food to your room.. not even water or anything from store... security checks you.. if you order something from their awful menu they will charge you 5dinar as a service charges. no matter if u order 4dinar tea. breakfast is 6 to 10.. in case if you were having breakfast and it is 10:05.. the waiter will rudely insult you by saying "Ashreen - Khallaas". so make sure u eat before 10 or leave the plate if it is 10. in my 1month trip to this hotel... toiletries were placed only once when room was alloted, they didn't give even when i ask for it.. needed to buy from outside... for these outside toiletries security won't say you anything. worst experience.. my company had already paid in advance so i did not have option to leave the hotel. problem with all the other collegues who had longer stay.. if you are staying for max 2days only then you will like the hotel.
