  Very nice hotel in Sfax with excellent service. Staff is very friendly and food is varied and tasty. Rooms are really spacious and comfortable. WiFi is free and works very well in all the hotel. If you stay in Sfax, then this might be the best hotel around.

  Excellent hotel with excellent service. Worth much more than what they actually charge. The food is also very good. Try the grilled jumbo shrimp, it is delicious.

  I have been there few times . building is cute but Very rude people , from the Outside doorman who is a thug to the receptionist. Zero customer service , literally take it or leave it . One day around 3 am , I feared for my life and for my family , I woke up on the screaming of a very drunk customer who got very angry and violent start breaking doors and chairs and threating and demanding more alcohol or he will beat everybody What was shocking to me is that Instead of calling the police and contain the situation, they actually Kept serving more alcohol. There is no signs of management, security or safety . Comparing this hotel with others in Sfax it has the worst service on planet earth even I considered not safe at all . it is more like a bar and hangout for prostitutes .
