::My experience was very bad with this shop. In February I visited Tunisia and purchased a fridge freezer for my family . They were in great need of this as my elderly and ill mother has medications that need to be stored in the fridge. When the fridge was delivered to the house we realised something was not right as it was not packaged properly, also the fridge was dirty and dusty inside and seemed reconditioned. When I arrived back in England I contacted the shop many times and they were not very helpful . Many times they put the phone down on me. Now it is just over 3 months and the fridge is broken, leaving my elderly mother and sister with no way of replacing it. I don't think anyone would want to spend 1400 dinar on a fridge that lasts 3 months. With Ramadan and the summer here my mother who is in a wheelchair and my older sister are left in great difficulty. I would never recommend this shop to anyone and I warn you do not trust their advice . Tunisian mentality has never changed . This is a big disadvantage for the country. Thats how you can make your money by robbing people. I cant wait to go back and sort this issue. Shame on you!!!!!!!!!
