  My family and I enjoyed our short stay (2 days) at the Delphin hotel, but the hotel can use some renovations in the rooms and in some of the main areas. The staff is friendly but the customer service is slow (my check-in took more than 45 minutes and I had to request towels three times). If your staying for five days or more you may want to get the inclusive package, which includes food and beverage Here's what I really liked: - Great pool area and entertainment - Food - Food service (Staff attentive and helpful) - Massage and spa (Best full body massage ever) - Kids entertainment in the evenings Here's what I would like to see improved - Upgrades to the rooms (More amenities, fix little things like chipped paint and broken outlets ) - Put out of order sign on broken elevators - New carpet would help with appearance of hallways -Designated smoking areas (While smoking is a more common practice in Tunisia, it would be nice if people didn't smoke in areas with children) - Better WiFi

  Wspaniałe położenie tuż przy pięknej plaży z uroczymi skałkami a jednocześnie w centrum miasta.Przemiła obsługa hotelu,pokoje sprzątane codziennie,dwa baseny-jeden że zjeżdżalniami na którym odbywają się animacje,aerobik,rozgrywki w piłkę wodną i gra muzyka(tutaj nie można się nudzić)oraz drugi że strefą ciszy,barem i przekąskami.Przewspaniali animatorzy poderwą do zabawy nawet opornych.Gorąco polecam pobyt w tym hotelu i pozdrawiam najlepszych na świecie animatorów 😁

  Hotel nie zasługuje na 3* syf i brud sprzątanie to 22actor_id min. Jedzenie monotonne codziennie to samo złe nie smaczne nic pod dzieci do jedzenia. W morzu to syf normalnie zupa. W snack barze też cały czas to samo i złe. W barach duże kolejki po jednym barmanie i cały czas brak szkła. Hotel dla ruskich w czasie mojego pobyty 06.07.18 - 21.06.18 80% Rosjan. reszta Polacy i kilku niemców. Jedyne co było w miarę to animacje i baseny ale proszę się nie podniecać zjeżdżalniami bo jest tylko jedna czynna ta żółta i to przez 1 godz. Pozdrowienia z monastyru już tu nie wrócę.

  Service und Zimmer super für den Preis. Viele russische und polnische Gäste hier. Personal super nett und 90% davon spricht auch deutsch. Zum Strand nur eine Minute Fußweg. Leidee sehr dreckiges Meer(Plastik) wofür das Hotel allerdings nichts kann. Preis Leistung super in Ordnung

  No se lo recomiendo a nadie mas que un hotel es un cuartel. Solo para rusos con todo incluido. Teniendo que hacer cola para todo
