Great hotel. It is a palace. Rooms are stunning, grand and very unique. Note that some rooms have only baths, no shower. They could also do with buying some new sheets and it is a little rough around the edges when you look closely. I wouldn’t say it is truly a 5 Star hotel. I would definitely stay again.

Very nice place for lunch if you are in Medina of Tunis. Excellent ambience and good food.

Located in and close to the old city of Tunisia. Staff who works there are one of the best. Imad, Ziyad.. Sabrin and many more I forgot their names all were welcoming and very polit the Palace is a historical building every corner is beyond what I expected. One issue is the room I slept in was in a very high floor and the bed /mattress and billows needs to be changed.

The hotel decor is stunning. It feels like being in a real palace. The hotel is very located at the heart of the medina However we had booked a hammam and were really disappointed. We ended paying a fair bit of money for just some hot water in a spa. There wasn't any steam nor encent nor any other prestation. The hammam was definitely not worth the price. I'd recommend going to one in the Medina,. We had also booked the breakfast hoping to eat in the amazing voulted dining room. Instead we were in an upstairs terrace. The breakfast took ages to arrive, but was relatively good. It's probably worth eating in the medina as it's be about 20 times cheaper.
