  This is 1 of the worst hotels ive ever stayed on. i do not understand who rated them as a 5 star hotel. Reception staff do not understand or speak English they might be 1 person out of 6 who can speak English so when u go to enquire something on the reception they all just ignore u attending to other people or answering phone calls. Customers service skills mean nothing to them. i checked in no1 told us about the meal times. we didnt get told about anything the hotel offers. The Main put off about this place is its a smoking hotel people smoke inside the hotel and u can go relax with your kids by the pool there are still people smoking around the pool. Smoking isnt mentioned when u book this place bt if u are a non smoker or if you r bringing kids do not come to this rubbish place.. Rooms looks under basic will do with a refurb. meal times they are not always on time they open the doors 20 to 30 mins after the allocated meal times. no apologies no greetings. booked this place from loveholidays and to be fair they should really take it off their holiday lists its not a place i would think of coming back . oh yeah the gym has no weights its just a empty room with a broken machine. the wifi is terrible. oh i forgot to mention breakfast is the most pathetic thing u will eat at this place.. there is no beans bacon sausages hashbrowns or anything .. its bread and hot drinks. don't come to this place save your money and go to skegness

  I had fun especially with the animation team : sadok ,alex,stephane... good service, great food ... just amazing!

  We have just spent 10 days at laico, we had a great stay, very clean, food was OK, breakfast was disappointing but lunch and tea were better, the waitors were lovely even put petals on our table and as there were 5 of us they saved our table, the carthage land is well worth a visit if going with children or teenagers also if eating out go to the kitchenette the food was beautifull, the location of the hotel was really good, if shopping try the old media, taxi there is about two pound, the pool foam party was definitely a highlight, felt really safe in the hotel and local area, great break away

  Beautiful place but it will take a lot longer before its back to normal.
