::È difficile valutare un hotel in Africa, i cui standard non sono paragonabili a quelli europei. Il Golden Tulip Sfax è classificato come hotel a 4 stelle, ma di fatto non è niente più che un hotel decente. L'arredamento è vecchiotto, la tappezzeria non è immacolata. Il personale in reception è stato un po' scontroso. Variegata e buona la colazione. La piscina era fuori servizio.
