  We came during last week of August, with All-inclusive option we waited one hour for the room keys, You will have to pay extra for the refrigerator. Double size bed is just 2 beds stuck together. WiFi in reception only not stable, very bad elsewhere. For people bringing their cars, or renting, there is no parking, cars are parked sporadically around the entrance. We had to talk to a supervisor to get our issues resolved, room changed three times. Don't expect great food or drink, you will need to pay extra to get better quality food. I have clashed with hotel staff over smoking close to kids pool, which appear to be a normal thing to them, there is no sign forbidding people from smoking close to kids pool. A part from cleaning team who should get 5 stars.. Everything else is junk.

  Beautiful 4 star hotel and every member of staff we came across was very helpful & grateful that us Brits were coming back to Tunisia. We (2 adults + 1 9yr old boy) felt very safe & secure as this hotel was only accessible from the main road by going through 2 gates and 2 sets of security guards + we saw armed police enjoying food in our hotels beach bar. And a security quad bike going up and down the beach. The sun rises at the back at the hotel with the ocean and sets at the front, if you want a beautiful sun rise photo you better set your alarm (I did for 05:10). Food was good. Drinks were good. Beers in small half pint glasses most of the time so prepare yourself for many trips back to the bar. Spirits fairly standard holiday measures...just throwing gin in for fun!! A few options where to eat other than their main buffet restaurant as you can book in for an Italian or Tunisian restaurant on site. The pool is warm, big, and with clearly marked shallow & deep ends, and has lifeguards working, they spend some time on their phones and talking to their colleagues but also walk around splashing kids and talking to guests. There are 3 slides and a shallower pool separate to the main pool. Men walk around the pool promoting their excursions. We went quad biking and negotiated our 9yr old to.go for free so if you are prepared to barter a deal can be made. The beach is a small walk from the pool with plenty of loungers. The sea there is very shallow and you can comfortably stand up when 15-20 meters out. Lots of activities available too such as jet skis, banana boats and paragliding. On an evening we saw a man going up and down with a camel offering trips. Only negative is that there was a few stray cats on the hotel grounds, they were no bother during the day as they just slept in the bushes, at night they walk amongst the outside seats at the restaurants and our boy is scared to death of cats so he wasn't happy at all...we had a laugh tho!! Our stay was very good and i would recommend here to my friends and family. 8/10.

  It was great holiday especially the service given by the front desk at the reception :Iheb and also Miss.Fatma :she was all the time at our service with her nice smiling. Thanks for all the staff. 😍😍😍😍😍

  So i have had a really nice experience and meet a lot of new cool friend there in Tunis. For the first day i checked in the hotel i got a really good expressen to how the animation was open and sweet to anyone and also how the service was working.
